Jeunesse Global has quickly gone from a non-entity to one of the most renowned health and beauty companies on the global scene. It has done this largely through the creation of some of the most cutting-edge products that have ever been devised in the health and beauty space. With more than a dozen products, Jeunesse is demonstrating that even the most well-established corporations in the most entrenched industries can be disrupted by those with vision and drive.
One of the company’s most stunning products has been its health drink called Reserve. Using resveratrol, one of the most potent antioxidants known to science, Reserve captures all of the benefits of red wine consumption without exposing users to the risks of ingesting alcohol.
For decades, medical researchers have understood that moderate red wine consumption is one of the best ways to protect against cardiovascular disease. But the world’s major medical bodies still have not recommended that people who do not currently consume red wine begin doing so. This is because there is a small but significant risk that someone who begins consuming alcohol will eventually go on to develop an alcohol use disorder. Even with the proven benefits of red wine, the consequences of developing a serious drinking problem are so severe that, even if only 5 percent of people go on to have serious drinking problems, all of the benefits of red wine consumption are cancelled out at the population level.
Now, Jeunesse Global has found a solution to this epidemiological problem. Through the creation of Reserve, the company has formulated a drink that not only captures all of the benefits of red wine consumption with none of the risks, but it also provides users with many other health benefits on top of these. Made with fruits that confer powerful health-protective effects, which Jeunesse refers to as superfruits, Reserve tastes great and allows users to get a nearly complete dose of all their daily essential nutrients.
In addition to resveratrol, Reserve contains real juice from blueberries, pomegranate, concord grape and acai. The drink also contains aloe vera, green tea and grape seed.
Dr. Mark Mckenna of Atlanta, Georgia, sees the cosmetic surgery industry as one that has gotten dull and predictable. He is planning to revitalize the industry in a few ways. In March, for example, he is opening OVME in the Buckhead neighborhood. This will be a clinic that offers minimally invasive cosmetic surgery to area residents. He says his clinic will feature a secluded office in which he can do one-on-one consultations. It will also have a total of four private luxury rooms in which patients will be treated by him and his team.
In order to help patients, look and feel their best Dr. Mark McKenna installed all new technology at his OVME clinic. This will allow him to provide his patients with precise results so that they leave the clinic with the exact look they were hoping to achieve. This will be combined with his twenty years of experience in the industry, an all-star team he has put together, and his education in medicine he earned at the Tulane School of Medicine.
The really revolutionary part of OVME is the mobile app that will be launched along with the clinic. Dr. Mark McKenna thinks that cosmetic surgeons should start making house calls in order to appeal to more people. The mobile app will allow exactly that. His plan is to eventually have a national chain of clinics staffed with cosmetic surgeons. By using the app consumers can hook up with a local freelance practitioner who will go to them rather than the other way around. Visit This Page for more information.
As a philanthropist, Dr. Mark McKenna seeks out opportunities to help others in the community. He once had a business that sought to build low to middle-income housing in New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, back when he used to live there. In Atlanta, he has developed a partnership between OVME and the Make-a-Wish foundation. A percentage of the profits generated by OVME will be donated to this foundation so that they can meet their goal of helping critically ill children have their biggest wish come true.
His interest in medicine came from his father. He began to practice with him after he graduated from Tulane University Medical School. At the time, he had his eyes set on real estate more than his passion for medicine. This lead to the launch of McKenna Venture Investment, a boutique real estate development firm. He enjoyed success at a young age with the acquisition of Universal Mortgage Lending and Uptown Title Inc.
Eric Lefkofsky, the founder of medical data analytics firm Tempus, has recently announced that his company will be partnering with CancerLinQ, one of the largest administrators of cancer databases in the world.
CancerLinQ is a subsidiary of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the largest professional organization of oncologists in the world. The unit has been the ASCO’s data collection arm for the last few decades, overseeing one of the largest cancer-related data sets in the world.
But CancerLinQ did not have the in-house expertise to create a world-class analytics capability. For that, they turned to the cutting-edge firm Tempus, which has been developing a state-of-the-art knowledge discovery system that is specifically targeted towards the medical community and is heavily based on machine learning. Tempus has only been in existence since 2016, but in that time, the firm has developed one of the most advanced applications for the analysis of medical data that has ever been devised.
Lefkofsky says that the partnership between Tempus and CancerLinQ represents a major step forward for both companies. Their respective strengths will compliment each other well, creating synergies between one of the most powerful analytics suites in the world one of the most extensive cancer-related data sets that exist. Lefkofsky says that the end goal, at least from Tempus’ perspective, is to get the most granular and information-packed knowledge into the hands of oncologists in the field, allowing for far better and more informed treatment decisions to guide the regimens that oncologists prescribe for their patients.
Lefkofsky says that cancer treatments are lagging significantly behind other forms of medicine. The current pillars of cancer treatment haven’t changed all that much since the 1940s. The three mainstays of cancer treatment in the United States today remain surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, although that is slowly changing.
Lefkofsky sees the data revolution as offering tremendous hope for the creation of far more effective treatments. He likens the current state of cancer treatment to a mechanic who is trying to fix a car with just a sledgehammer, a single wrench and a screwdriver. The revolution currently taking place in medical information science will afford that same mechanic a garage-full of the most advanced tools, with sockets of every conceivable size that fit just perfectly for the individualized task at hand.
This is the essence of what Tempus is attempting to do. They are creating the next generation of medical intelligence, allowing oncologists and other medical professionals to probe the depths of disease data, deciphering the intricate factors that allow one person to make a full recovery under a given treatment regimen while another ends up perishing inside of weeks.
With the CancerLinQ deal, Tempus will be rewarded with a rich data set, the likes of which do not exist elsewhere. CancerLinQ has been compiling de-identified data on millions of patients over the last few decades, giving researchers the ability to search for knowledge and information in this vast trove of data that could never be replicated elsewhere.
Lefkofsky believes that the more such data sets Tempus acquires, the sooner the company will be able to begin turning cancer from a dreaded death sentence into a chronic illness with which people can live long and normal lives. He envisions a time when cancer will be reduced to little more than a chronic illness like HIV, a disease that was once fatal but that modern treatments have fought back against to the point where patients can live nearly the same number of years as those without the disease.
As Tempus moves forward, it would be unsurprising to see many other such deals taking shape in the future.
If you live, for instance, in the United States, you are most likely taking drinkable water for granted. You too have a favorite brand and you obtain it from a local store. However, the term “bottled water industry” has never crossed your mind while purchasing cases of water.
This industry, as well as being new, has a worth of more than $10 billion, and it will continue to grow. There are many brands out there, and each one of them preaches to possess something unique. Some are known for their flavors; others are known for their alkaline nature; others are known for their rigorous filtration process. But Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water is different. How is it different? For starters, it comes from Hawaii. And it is volcanic water because it comes from the Mauna Loa. (Read 10bestwater.com/brands/volcanic)
This water originates from the top of the Mauna loa and then goes through a rigorous filtration process by passing through more than 12,000 feet of volcanic rock. Not only that, but Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water is based on a TBL platform, something really unique in the industry. This means that Waiakeas Hawaiian Volcanic Water is very eco-friendly. Ryan Emmons, because he cares deeply about the environment, chose this platform. Check out Waiakea Water on bevnet.com.
And one of the reasons why he chose this type of platform is because we have a crisis. There is too much plastic pollution. And this is the fault of the bottled water industry. Nevertheless, Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water wants to help, which is why it introduced the world’s first fully degradable plastic bottle. It will come out in 2018.
However, Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water, since its foundation, was already doing its part by manufacturing bottles made entirely out of recycled bottles. Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water was able to introduce its new bottle by partnering with TimePlast. Regular plastic can take more than 1,000 years to fully decompose. This new type of plastic can decompose in 20 years or less. Find More Information Here.
Ryan Emmons, 27, founded the company five years ago. And in spite of so much competition, Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water has grown more than 4,000 percent. The young entrepreneur is now worth more than $10 million.

Waiakea Water is a bottled water company that has set themselves apart from competition in the industry. The industry is worth $100 billion, so making an impact with all that competition can be difficult. Waiakea Water has done just that. The company was founded back in 2012 and has since seen an explosion in popularity. The Hawaiian based company has a few aspects that make them one of the best. To start, one thing that sets them apart from competition is the quality of their water. The water passes through thousands of feet of volcanic rock before it is collected. In result, the water has a perfect pH balance and is packed with minerals good for your health. It has a perfect taste with nothing artificial and no additives (specialtyfood.com/organization/waiakea-inc).
The water isn’t the only healthy aspect of their product. The water bottles themselves are a thing of the future. The company has created a bottle that degrades 97% faster than traditional bottles. This is very beneficial for the environment and greatly reduces the negative effects associated with throwing away bottles. These bottles take only 15 years to completely degrade. That may seem like a lot, but traditional bottles take a whopping 1,500 years to do so. Additionally, Waiakea is the first to create a bottle made entirely out of post recycled plastic. This company obviously has good ethics and morals pertaining to the production of their product. The company has also made a promise that for every liter of water that they sell, they will donate a weeks’ worth of water to a family who doesn’t have access to clean drinking water.
