Daniel Radcliffe, however many roles he may get in his life, will be most remembered as Harry Potter to millions of fans in the movie series based off the books of the same name.
For ten years he starred as the leading role in the movie series from 2011 up until the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 in 2011. But even though author J.K. Rowling has already completed the seven book series, with eight films to match, there are a large number of fans who are hoping that she returns to the world she created once more and with some more stories.
Meanwhile, Daniel Radcliffe himself has been involved in multiple films and enjoyed multiple roles since the end of the series, but the role of Harry Potter is easily his most iconic. In a recent interview, Radcliffe expressed some interest in returning to the role that made him famous, saying that his return would depend on the script he received and circumstances. He added by saying that even though his first answer is simply ‘No,’ there would always be room to give it a second thought at any point in the future.
Overall, it’s not out of the question for Radcliffe to make a return to the series. Rowling herself hasn’t either, since she has been writing the script for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, a prequel movie to the original Harry Potter series.
