There is No Secret Sauce
Don’t rely on gimmicks or shady practices to achieve your goals. It takes hard work to accomplish anything worthwhile. Creating wealth in any industry takes perseverance and integrity. Jim Toner fought a tough battle for 25 years to become the success he is today. He did this through hard work and discipline, and he knows you can do it too. Toner also discussed his steps on achieving financial independence here.
Goals For The Win
Setting attainable goals will bring you the success you deserve. Goal setting is incredibly important, but never forget that reaching those goals is even more so. Never give up. This goes hand in hand with his core belief that self-esteem is key to advancement. Believe in yourself, and others will believe in you too.
Be Your Toughest Critic
Be that boss who drives you forward. Never rest on your laurels, because consistently rising to meet new challenges is what will create your fortune, not luck.
Take care of yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally in order to be the best you can be. If you neglect one area of your life, the rest of your world will become unbalanced.
Be a Time Master
Time management is key to Jim Toner’s success, and it should be your too. Get the latest update from Toner on Facebook.

Alex Pall is one half of the duet making up the Chainsmokers. A talented artist, Pall is a brilliant master of mixing soundscapes. This eclectic ear for music is apparently attached to an eclectic eye. Pall’s sprawling home in Hollywood Hills is a mash-up of artistry, decades, bright furniture, and nature-themed wallpaper. The house was featured recently in the real estate section of the Wall Street Journal. The decorator behind the domicile is Peti Lau, whose visual eye matches Pall’s musical ear. A talented interior designer Lau is very proud of Pall’s house. The 3,600 square foot home was built in 1930, so it contains some naturally built retro-features. It was also renovated in the 80’s and the 90’s. It makes sense that a mish-mash home would be idyllic for a mish-mash artist. In Pall’s case it just solidifies his celebrity. When one is really famous, they start writing articles about their house.
Earlier this year, Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart released the first of what would be five singles to the listening public. “Sick Boy” was a new wave of what the EDM duet called their darker themed songs. It was sung by Taggart and focused on the identity problems social media creates. It even showcased the duets own problems with oversaturation on social media. Pretty deep theme for what can be categorized as dance pop. This is typical Chainsmokers though, they have never been an ordinary EDM band and it is on purpose. The continuing success of their initial studio album, Memories… Do Not Open, shows exactly how successful their innovations are. The album has not left the top 5 since its release. In the wake of all this publicity, it is no wonder that Pall’s digs have garnered a look.
In an interview Pall gave some years ago he spoke about fame. “We have become so much bigger than imagined,” he said. According to the artist continued success is a struggle for identity. Luckily, he has a house personified by identity to keep him grounded. According to Pall the home is a good escape, a chalet in the hills.

In addition to seeing patients and making their mouths, shiny, clean and pain-free, dentists also have nonclinical and administrative duties they have to handle as well.MB2 Dental Solutions can give dentist the opportunity to put their time and energy into the patients instead of the paperwork. The company provides a practice management service, and it just finished a bi-annual owner’ retreat which involved a 4 day vacation for 40 dentists and their spouses in Cancun, Mexico.
About The Company
MB2 Dental Solutions was founded by Dr. Chris Villanueva, it is a company that strives to provide autonomy, fun, and various levels of support for dentists. The retreats are a good part of the culture in the company. There were dentists from several states in the union coming together to relax and enjoy activities on the vacations. The business structure promotes dentist-to-dentist rapport and allows the dentists to help each other gain success both professionally and personally.
The main principle Dr. Chris Villanueva believes in is that dentists work much better together than practicing individually. Under his leadership, MB2 Dental Solutions has gained over 80 affiliates and more than 1,000 employees located between six states. In addition to the relaxation and like-minded mingling, MB2 Dental offers its affiliates a break from management operations. Business operations such as accounting, training, marketing and other service needs that clinics and sole practitioners need are covered by MB2. Covering the details of micromanagement operations allows dentists to focus more on giving the best care to their patients.
The Initial Purpose
When Dr. Villanueva finished dental school he only had the two options of either working with a large group practice or starting a private practice. Joining the group would give him access to the latest technology, and best practices, while a private practice would give him 100% clinical autonomy, ownership and less bureaucracy. None of options were feasible because he wanted both advantages. MB2 gives him the opportunity to have everything he needs and the ability to place doctors needs, which is placing patients, first. To keep the creativity flowing Dr. Villanueva keeps his home and office environment full of extremely smart people who put the right energy into the ideas. Working with others gives everyone involved a chance to get on board with his ideas as his vision becomes a reality. This concept brings light to the idea that the doctors are better when they are working together.

The Chainsmokers may seem to have already gotten to their new inventions looking at their latest singles, the duo’s debut album “Memories…Do Not Open” is doing well a year later since it was released. The title has done so well, and it has been able to join the first extended stretches of a critical chart. The debut album of the Chainsmokers is currently riding at the top position of the Billboard’s top dance/electronic albums chart that is responsible for recognizing the most popular records that fall under the dance/electronic music. The frame is making the thirty-fourth consecutive turn at the top position, and it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
“Memories… do not open” now ties with Gorillaz’s “Demon Days” for the third most weeks at the number one position in charts history 13 years since it was released. The two comes at number three for making thirty-four turns but Demons days have run short of rolls since it is scarce that it happens at the number one position again. This gives the Chainsmokers a chance to be at position three on their own since they have a chance of going several turns at the peak position. The Chainsmokers’ debut album became the number one on the top and or electronic album listings as well as the all-genre billboard 200 simultaneously on April 2017. At that time, the duo was enjoying unending strips of great hits that were ruling the Top 40 radio and made people demand more. The album was not able to stay in the Billboard’s 200 top 10 for a long time, but it did not leave the top 5 position on the top dance/electronic album since its release to date.
The Chainsmokers is an American DJ/Production pair that consists of Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall. The duo first received a breakthrough in the year 2014 with their song “#Selfie.” The single became a top twenty single in several countries charts. They released their debut EP in 2015 and had singles such as “Roses” which managed to be at the top 10 US Billboard Hot 100. The other single “Don’t let me down'” became a top 5 and also won them a Grammy award for the best dance Recording and other Awards.
